Stop Emotional Fighting

Is there is something in your life that you don’t want?

 

If so, then stop worrying about it and stop talking about it. You may not realize it, but the energy you put into fighting the issue, keeps it alive.  Whenever you agonize over something, you breathe life into it.

 

Happily, the reverse is also true. Withdraw your energy and focus and the issue shrinks, until it goes away. It’s time to give yourself the relief you deserve.

 

Decide to truly let go of what you are fighting, emotionally, and watch as it evaporates and no longer robs your spirit.

 

 

Always remember to love yourself,
For the person that you are,
Put all doubts and fears upon the shelf,
And from them you'll go far.

Seek out positive people for friends,
That you enjoy to be around,
For true bonds of friendship never ends,
Once it has been found.

Learn to forgive yourself,
As well as friend and foe,
Mistakes we make is how we learn,
And from them we can grow.

Always pursue happiness,
But never lose touch from Base,
The pursuit you'll find, is a state of mind,
And may be a life long chase.

Where You come from
Is not that Important,
What matters is always knowing,
The past is gone, the future is now,
And the future is where you'll be going.

Always try and keep your word,
Try not to ever lie,
Don't repeat bad things you've heard,
Karma comes back by.

If you worry about what might be,
And wonder what might have been,
You'll blind the thoughts that help you see
What is...and where to begin

Take or make time for a sunset,
Or perhaps a walk on the beach,
Peace of mind, you'll often find,
Is always quite within reach.

Always be strong and face your fear,
If you want that fear to disappear,
For if You turn and run away,
That fear within you is there to stay...

And before you bed down each night
Remember to say:

"LIFE LOVES ME AND I LOVE LIFE,
TOMORROWS GOING TO BE
A FANTASTIC DAY!"

 

Life's best dreams are for you because you can follow them. Great and fulfilling success is for you because you can achieve it.
Magnificent beauty is for you because you can appreciate and enjoy it. Love is for you because you can lose yourself in it.

 

This moment is for you because you can make good and valuable use of it. The challenges are for you because you can transform them into achievements, and grow stronger in the process.

 

The ups and downs, the joys, distractions, setbacks, opportunities, pleasures, pains and delights are all yours. Because you can experience them and give your own special meaning to them.

 

This day, this moment, this world, this life is for you to see and to live and to express in your very own special way. Feel the magnificent opportunity of it all.

 

The possibilities are astounding. And there's a big, uplifting, fulfilling possibility that's just perfect for you right now.

Bukan Sempurna, Tetapi yang Tepat

 

Terkadang, seseorang bermimpi mendapatkan pendamping hidupnya sebagai sosok yang sempurna. Seorang perempuan merindukan suaminya kelak tampan seperti Nabi Yusuf, kaya seperti Nabi Sulaiman, tegar layaknya Nabi Ayyub, sebijak Abu Bakar, sekuat 'Umar bin Khoththob, lembut seperti 'Usman bin 'Affan, penuh cinta bagai 'Ali, cerdas seperti Syafi'i, dan sempurna menyerupai Nabi Muhammad shollallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Pertanyaannya, adakah laki-laki yang sesempurna itu? Seandainya ada, pantaskah engkau mendapatkannya, sementara dirimu penuh dengan kekurangan?

Seorang laki-laki mungkin juga ingin istri yang cantik seperti Zulaikho, setia seperti Khodijah, cerdas seperti 'Aisyah, sabar seperti 'Asiyah istri Fir'aun, tegar seperti 'Asma, dan penuh cinta seperti Fathimah. Sungguh ideal. Tapi, apakah laki-laki yang memimpikan istri yang sempurna seperti itu pernah berkaca tentang dirinya yang penuh dengan ketidaksempurnaan? Apakah mereka pantas mendapatkannya?

Bukan jodoh dengan kriteria perfect yang kita butuhkan, tetapi carilah jodoh dengan kriteria yang tepat. Sekali lagi, yang tepat bukannya yang sempurna. Jodoh yang tepat adalah jodoh yang benar-benar kita cari sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemantapan hati kita. Bukan sekedar memenuhi keinginan orang-orang terdekat kita atau hanya untuk meningkatkan gengsi belaka. Jodoh kita adalah untuk kehidupan kita berikutnya.

Bisa jadi suami kita tidak tampan, tetapi ia cerdas, bertanggung jawab dan mampu menjadi imam dalam keluarga. Sementara yang engkau butuhkan adalah keharmonisan, bukan ketampanan, maka sambutlah suamimu dengan menerimanya apa adanya, baik kekurangannya maupun kelebihannya. Sesuatu yang kita impikan, belum tentu kita butuhkan. Dan, ketika kita telah mendapatkannya, belum tentu kita akan merasa bahagia. 

Ubahlah persepsimu, engkau tidak harus mencari seorang pendamping hidup yang memiliki kriteria perfect, tetapi carilah pasangan hidup yang tepat bagimu, yang keberadaannya memang engkau butuhkan. Pendamping yang ideal bagimu, bukan yang ideal bagi orang lain. Biarlah orang lain berkata bahwa pendampingmu kurang ini dan kurang itu, tetapi engkau yang lebih tahu bahwa pendampingmu adalah insan terbaik yang engkau pilih dan paling tepat mendampingimu menjalankan bahtera rumah tangga dalam mengarungi ganasnya samudera kehidupan. Ingat, no bodi's perfect !

Cure for Fearing the Unknown

“Stop fearing the unknown and move forward.”

 

Do these sound familiar? “I’m too old to do something new.” “I won’t be any good at it.” “People will laugh.”  Are these the kinds of things you tell yourself when opportunity strikes?

 

When you determine the result or the outcome before you even start, you have already considered rejection or failure. And, when this happens, it’s easy to come up with excuses for not even trying.

 

The secret is to disconnect the outcome from the process. This is when you release the fear and give yourself the opportunity for success.

 

Think about it, you cannot possibly know the outcome before you try. Nobody can! So, trust yourself and get out there and do it.

 

 

Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

 

Be thankful when you don't know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.

 

Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.

 

Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.

 

Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.

 

Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.

 

Be thankful when you're tired and weary
Because it means you've made a difference.

 

It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
Also thankful for the setbacks.

 

GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
And they can become your blessing.

 

 

 

Those things you love and those things you can't stand both point to a powerful part of you. They point to your passion.
Passion gives real power to whatever you do. Passion pushes you in a fulfilling direction that holds true meaning for your life.

 

With passion for the goal, you'll find a way to make it there. When passion is driving your actions, you can successfully work through any obstacle.

 

Your authentic passion is nothing to be ashamed of. For it connects with the very core of the beautiful and unique person you are.

 

Let your passion come to life. The more fully you express it, the more quickly you will move toward the fulfillment of your deepest desires.

 

In your passion is your very own special reason why. Hold it close and keep it burning brightly, for in your passion is the drive to reach your dreams.
