It’s a new day and a new attitude

by Jane Powell

When you throw things away you can expect feelings of guilt to creep in. Why? Because you wonder if you’re making a mistake – God forbid you may need it later. The truth is, you’re not making a mistake and secondly you can rest assured you won’t throw away anything that is essential in your life.
Remember that you are in the process of adopting a new attitude. You don’t need clutter in your life. Clutter is a prison wall, an iron fence, a ball and chain, blocking you from the energy you need and that you so much deserve.
It’s a new day and the perfect time to set sail with a new attitude. “Clutter Free Forever” is your new mantra.

You cannot enjoy what you need while you still need it, so
Let go of the need and allow the enjoyment. Instead of
Putting limitations and conditions on your fulfillment, put
More limitless possibilities into your awareness.
If there’s something you need to do, let go of the needing
And just allow the doing. If there’s something you need to
Have, let go of the need and experience how that thing
Begins to be tangibly expressed through your thoughts,
Feelings and actions.
Life is overflowing with every flavor of abundance. Yet when
You feel need, that very feeling is pushing the abundance
Away.
There is really nothing you could possibly need. In one way
Or another, all that exists is connected to you.
Inspired, fulfilled, joyful living is a matter of making the
Journey through those pathways that connect you with what
You seek. When you are free from thoughts of need, the
Journey proceeds quickly and with minimal hindrance.
See need as a mistaken impression existing only in your
Mind. Gently let it go, and immerse yourself fully in the
Powerful, creative flow of life.

Unconditional enjoyment

One of the most reliable ways to ruin your enjoyment of life is to put too many conditions on that enjoyment. You can put so much time and energy into getting the conditions just right, that there’s nothing left to enjoy.
Instead of seeking and striving to enjoy life, just simply enjoy it. Enjoy the moment you’re in, without placing so many judgments or conditions on it.
Is it really so important that events and circumstances line up in exactly the way you wish? Of course it’s not.
Often, life’s surprises can turn out to be pleasant surprises if you’ll simply let them. Make the choice to do less fighting against what comes, and more enjoying of what is.
Think of the time and effort you put into proving you’re right or getting your way. Visualize spending that time instead in unconditional, authentic enjoyment of the amazing life with which you’re blessed.
Don’t work so hard to make enjoyment what you think it should be. Just relax and let your life be filled with the rich enjoyment of each special moment.
