Cure Negativity

Cure Negativity
by Jane Powell

“Clean out your mental closet.”

Remember when you last cleaned out your clothes closet? It was tough at first, but afterward you felt great. You got rid of those impulse buys that never worked and retired those too-tight jeans that you knew you would never fit into again. Remember how you felt? No guilt or regret just wonderfully cleansed and organized.

A mental cleaning is even more effective. It’s a great time to get rid of the bad and the ugly. Throw out all your old beliefs, memories, limitations, guilt, fears, doubts, and images that are no longer serving you.  Make room in your mental closet for all the good things that life has to offer.

When you start afresh, with an open and positive mind, you’ll instantly feel energized and uplifted because all the negativity is gone. Try it!

Failure is a normal and natural part of achievement. When the failures come, learn from them and then move quickly along.
Failure is not the worst thing that can happen. The worst thing that can happen is to let the fear of failure prevent you from ever doing anything.
If your top priority is to avoid all failure, then you will surely fail. For only by accepting and living with the possibility of failure can you succeed and achieve.
Failure is not the end of the world. It is merely another step on the pathway to fulfillment, wisdom and achievement.
Though you would never intentionally set out to fail, when failure does come the best thing to do is to gracefully accept what has happened. That will enable you to gain the most positive value from it.
Then you can move right along to the next step, and soon you'll be a long way past the failure, filled with more wisdom and experience. Let failure be, and achievement will surely come.

Forget about what you can't do. Focus on what you will do.
Dream big dreams and make workable plans that will get you there. Then put those plans into action and do what you will do.

Allow the beauty and richness of your dreams to expand your concept of what you are willing to do. This is your life and you deserve to give yourself the very best.

Intensely feel the accomplishment in your imagination. Let that incomparable feeling of satisfaction push you forward.

Focus on what you will do and you'll discover that it is more than enough. You have within you the capacity, the ability and the drive to reach whatever dreams are meaningful to you.

Every day is an opportunity for richness and fulfillment. Feel what you will do, and why, and make today the best one yet.
